From everyone's opinion, sounds like I should let it be for a while. Must have more patience...

I have yet to try fertilizing... feeling a bit risky. It is hard to tell how much is too much. Has propagated a few ventrata to try out. Hope to get a reference first before trying on others.

Ahh...this time you don't read and understand properly, sifu say "if you put too much", so i reckon if put 1 or 2 pellets it might bring more good than harm
