And this could be good practice to give away to beginner as a gift form.

« Reply #5 on 24 Jun, 2007, 0:18 »It could be possible to grow the plants in the gel i guess. They don't need that much nutrients or anything. But you can't sit the gel in water (don't think so anyway it'll become too liquid to hold the roots?...), so you can't give it much sun or it'll die so the plants would end up greener and weaker. My guess anyway. Never used gel for anything I find it unnatural...
