Welcome, Keen Wah. Be careful of the toxic here. Everyone is crazy over CPs here!!! Hahahaha...........don't worry. You will expand your collection soon. Try to get some nepenthes from local nurseries. Btw, what CPs do you grow?

Cheers

Hi Keen wah...

First of all welcome to pet pitcher forum....

The best way to start a collection is to try on established plants which you could get from nursery or some reliable contact...

Nepenthes seeds is not a good option for starter because after germination nepenthes will take at lease 2-3 years before they mature... "for some people this 2-3 years period will be like forever...."

Anyway good luck on your carnivorous plant hunt as for cultivating of carnivorous plant if you have any question feel free to post in our discussion board i'm sure you will get a hand full of good advice form our fellow forum members^^

Regards
Jonathan

Welcome Keen Wah. Never mind, you will slowly increase your collection. You can buy CPs from your local nursery or from forum members. Yah, what CPs do you grow?

Perhaps you could ask for drosera seeds or some easy to grow seeds......anyways, welcome again! Take your time in expanding your collection........and don't worry about your flytrap incident. I had the same fate as you......my first flytrap died to my overwatering. After that, I was more careful.

Ban Aik......you just had to poison some guys while at Penang........sigh.....

WElcome again!

Cheers
