The shipping cost by Australia Post Express Messenger Service will be AU$48.50 This is the minimum cost for a 1 kg parcel which will hold at least 6 flasks. The only additional cost is the Australian Quarantine Service charge for a phytosanitary certificate inspection which is currently $104.00

So you definitely need to buy as a group to share the high cost.

Also the tc plants you are getting are very small. About 2 in tall at best. It takes 3-4 years before they produce adult pitchers.

It is better to pay A$20-$30 for plants from Exotica Plants or Triffid Park OR US$20-20 from BE. Their plants are bigger.

Choong, I just want to clarify with you... My understadning is that we do not need phytosanitary certificates if we are bringing tissue culture flask of plants into Malaysia as the plants and agar in the flask are sterile.

If this is so, each plant will only cost AU$0.80 for 60 plants (6 flask).
