Default please help N.clipeata in critical condition!

I bought this N.clipeata from A.W it arrived on 15/5/09
arrived not in good condition.
planted it in a mixture of 50% peat moss , perlite, vermiculite, coco barks +rock wool.
it is grown in a tropical terrarium - now temp. is 30 C
it condition was with no improovment & even regression.
till two weeks ago even the two or three leafs that were from the begining started to dry, and the new leaf that started a month ago is stuck.
any one have an idea how to help this poor plant?
mybe the Isrtaeli summer is not good for it?
U can see the attached pic, now it has onley 2 dring leafs

how about increasing the humidity?maybe it'll works.

the humidity was high all along, but i tried to bag it!
mybe it is the high temp?

It's look like leaf was burn from anything such as high temperature, strongly light.What condition that you grow it? However if it's shoot still find that not much worry.

It might be acclimatizing to your conditions Liraz.The growing tip looks fine to me and should recover soon.
