Most probably because of full sun. I thought you already move to shade area.

Just leave it in bright shade area. Don't move it here and there.

Noted. Could this be a sign of dormancy cause it produce no 'mucilage',stunted growth of thick small leaves (or maybe scale leaves?) Im still not sure what 'succulent' stage mean. Is it as i describe above?

you use what water ?
have you 'mucilage ' on the leave , see with a magnifying glass?
I think especially on the 2nd image the leave have been attacked by something .
have you bird or snail-slug in your cultivate area ?

to have a lot of 'mucilage' often it is necessary to have a difference of temperature between the night and the day , please also no plant in sun light , in shade in your country , it is also may be the reason

The leaves are smooth but i cant feel any stickiness on it. Im sure it is not attack by bug cause today that part turn black and crispy. I also increase shading and remove water tray cause maybe rotting in too wet condition. I'll try and see how it progress...... Quite a challenge to grow this CP
