I agree with Lisham, it doesn't have the corona form of a hoya. I also have no idea what it is though! Are the flat, paired leaves in the background the plant?

it belonged to the plant with paired leaves. I came across almost a similar in another forest with different clolours but quite positive it's not hoya due to the flower apearance.
