Re: Got a new ceph!
Marvin, here's how I pot my plants.
I use the Ikea terracotta pot, which is very cooling for the plants. I use a small handful of LFS as base, a mix of perlite, peat moss and vermiculite for the main media with perlite dressing on top. I reckon Cindy also has excellent results with her mix. Hope that helps. Alvin

Re: Got a new ceph!
Nope Marvin, it's the grey one. Unglazed pot. It has a thin perforated centre which gives you the option of chipping a hole through it with a screwdriver and hammer. Comes in few sizes. Get the smallest one and don't have to fill it to the brim, just adjust the volume of medium to plant size. Enjoy!

Re: Got a new ceph!
Marvin, the pot you can find in the garden section. Also repot your ceph ASAP coz the LFS looks a bit too wet. Did you put it indoors or outdoors? The black silica sand you can find in aquarium shops. Just ask for black sand. Your media can be peat/perlite or peat/sand.
