Default New pitchers this month

Hi everyone. This month I was happy to see bigger larger pitchers was produced by some of my neps in the garden.

my Ventrata (natural hybrid) from my own collection.

Albomarginata x reinwardtiana (a natural hybrid) = From Indonesia. This one is getting on the vining stage at the same time pitchers are getting bigger too. I did cut the top so it won't get much taller.

This one gain size too. Might be my potting media.

Khasiana. I bought this from Thailand. Seems to grow pretty well on lowland.

Who is YG? I'm sorry I don't know that.
My ventrata was from my hiking days up in the mountains. At that time there was no flowers nor seedpods. I got some few samples and did propagate it thru cuttings. Its pretty slow but at least I'm able to multiply that species/hybrid.

This is the ventricosa (parent),

This is the lower pitcher.
Intermediate picher: green with red blothes upper third of pitchers (looks thesame with burkei)
upper pitcher: turned to pure green.

the other parent is a simple but very tall alata green. Sorry got no picture for that.

Lol, sorry, i forgot you're not from Malaysia! In our country, YG is a supplier of nepenthes plants and almost every single N. x Ventrata is from the same clone. So it's rather rare to find a different ventrata clone at all. That's one red ventricosa!

Oh, never been to YG when I went to KL. I was sort of lost there. I only met Mr. Fauzi and just around the city. Not much to see and do.

Stunning albomarginata! Really nice size on that, and love the red on it too! Ur ventrata also seem very healthy!
