Donny is right, D. alicae self pollinate. Your plant don't look very healty from my obsercation as the new leaves are becoming smaller and smaller. I also suggest that you cut off two of the flower spikes so the plant don't have to spend too much energy flowering. One spike should yield you enough seeds.

Give it more light and feed it a little, I would recommend too.
