Intermediate conditions?
Now, based on these two pictures, what are your opinions, guys? From my experience, N x ventrata produces small and green coloured pitchers in lowland conditions and dyeriana usually retains a greenish peristome. But as you can see, this x ventrata pitcher that first developed in my house has some reddishness in it and my dyeriana peristome has coloured up to a very reddish colour. I have typical hot and humid daytimes but in the night, it's rather cool, kinda like an aircond. If I have intermediate conditions, I'll be more confident to grow intermediate neps and some highlanders.

Re: Intermediate conditions?
Judging by your surrounding pictures of your house with the vegetation humidity is higher and of course cooler temps from the city

Re: Intermediate conditions?
Certain times of the year (when raining yet sunny), my ventrata retains such colouration also. dyeriana peristomes turn darker with age, kind of like Miranda..
