Thanks my N veitchii x fusca gets dappled direct sunlight around well morning till evening.I let it get its sunlight the whole day dappled by my palm tree and N truncata leaves. So its quite dappled but when i mean direct sun i mean the scroching sun without any cover.I do this because i figured that since N veitchii grows by the trees it should get sunlight like that way.Its current pitcher just opened and is around 8-9cm tall when it full opens and its quite hairy too.On its previous pitcher i saw 2 tiny stripes on its lime green peristrome heheheh maybe the colours are starting to show after all.Well i guess all thats in the way now is time. Re: Windowsill Growing
Ken,
Sounds like you'll soon have a very happy and nice-growing plant! For a while before I recieved my N. veitchii, its previous owner had it in dappled sunlight as well, if I remember correctly. That striped perisome should look very nice as well. Jimmy |

Re: Windowsill Growing
I like fusca x veitchii than veitchii x fusca!
The fusca x veitchii is more fusca like and very colourful!
