Default Blue flowering tree

I can't remember the name of this native Thai tree but it's one of my favorites every time it starts blooming. The flowers come directly out of the bark of the tree and yesterday as I was driving home in the downpouring rain I looked up to see the first one already in it's full glory! Hope you enjoy it;
