Default tillandsia harrisii

Hi all,
Can anyone give me culture information for above tilly?
Can i put it under direct sun light with rains (read Andy and all other guru.... help help)?

This is one plant that loves sun and rain( ofcourse the plant will appreciate if there's some shade in between). Never feel afraid to put them outside. More sun it gets, the whiter it is, unless you are living in polluted area!

Mine is doing ok in this part of PJ town, but hasn't grown much over the years. Under I think the pollution just slows down the growth. I hang my plant under 50% shade.
