Default Is This Ventricosa?

Hi Guys, Got this plant without ID. Please help. hosh

Yeah, this is one of the plants that goes by the name "N. ventricosa - red form" and is probably from the southern parts of Luzon. They will produce pitchers from 4 to 6 inches tall, and should flower easily in the spring. At first, we thought that they were various forms of N. ventrata, but several populations of these have been discovered, and those populations seem fairly consistent and stable. Perhaps it may have hybrid origins, but it also may be just some genetic drift thing, or a combination.

It looks more like the MTs ventricosa 'black peristome'.

Agreed cos i bought 1 which 'looked' like that when i just got it and it came with the pot YG Quality Plants so i suspect to from MT..

Yes, this plant was bought while in Cameron Highlands, but not directly from YG Park.
