Thanks everyone. I have not been looking at them much lately and was truely amazed at the rate of growth since March when I compared the photos. Apparently, they are really happy with the recent weather - rain storm in the morning followed with scorching sun in the late afternoon.

These two plants have got great potential...I received them as rhizome cuttings last November. Sometimes when I look at them I start wondering...either they will grow so well that I'll have to repot them soon by smashing the pots...or they might die from the famous sudden-death disease.
