oh thanks....then i guest mine are the giant agave....or sort of because the flower stalk is about 4-5 metres high and the bunch of pups are hanging up in the air.....and they will fall to the ground when matured enough.

I googled Agave Potatorum and it looks like my plant, so I guess the nursery that sold it to me probably mislabeled it, maybe on purpose? not sure. Anyways thanks very much at least now I know the real species name for my plant
