New & already needing URGENT help for my D. burmanii

Thanks guys! Funny enough... for some of the tips, I did just that when I went home last night... just thought I should do that based on experience with other plants... hehe...

I shall try my best and update if anything does come out of it. I shall go get some emm... peat moss thing later. Where to I put the stalk and seeds (if I have any at all)? Same place i used to put mother plant? Unfortunately that place can get very wet and windy... last night the tray filled up with rain water by the time I got home.
