haha! indeed my nick was slightly too long. no special meaning though, just that being me copycat McD style .. like McChicken,McFlurry .. so McChewChowJuk it comes
 ps : chewchowjuk is a type of porridge, not too watery like cantonese congee as the rice still visibly seen & mix with variety of small portion dishes (salted vegie,peanuts, pork knuckles etc)
