paypal problems

i wanna use paypal for transfering money etc etc instead of online banking coz its fast.but i have a problem.

everytime i wanna send money to someone even if my money in paypal is more than enough,it keeps asking me for credit/debit card number EVERYTIME i wanna transfer money to other ppl's paypal.

so i have a question,hw can i transfer money with paypal without using credit/debit card?i have lots of balance in there but everytime i wanna send money,it asked me for credit/debit number.

if u know,answers will be so appreciated

erm....you need to use credit card to sign up in order for you to use the money inside the account....this the only way you can transfer or use the money inside your account...

but i already put debit card number but it keeps charging my Dad's debit.thank god he doesnt really mind about it.but its still feel nice to use our own money.well will figure out soon.

Harris.. Are you paying in different currency? E.g. If you balance is in USD, but you want to transfer in MYR, it will prompt you for CC.

em...maybe ur right.im paying with MYR but i didnt convert to GBP.well im gonna experiment it.thanks though
