When you say tower fans, you mean fans with water to cool? Same as Evaporative air cooling fans?

I say that they do not make the air too cool for highland, but there are people who say that it is not really the cold, but the humidity that is important for H/L or Intermediates. Some say give the plants nice humid air at night, they will be happy. If true then Evaporative aircooling fans would do just nicely.

Here, there are companies that sell electricfans with misting system in the front so that there is a nice "wind" and mist when you use these.
