Can't ID, but I think the colorful part is a type of cactus that is grafted on to the green part, which can be easily grown.

The grafted cactus hardly roots for me.I grow almost 60 types of cactus before i got addicted to neps.

I have both varieties; white and brown.They stick up to your finger if you touch it and it's hard to clean them p once they stick to you.
