Default My first Venus Flytrap

Today I visited Green Penang flora exhibition at AutoCity-Juru and found some nice VFT for sale (better looking than those found at Giant) . I finally bought one home. Here is a photo of the plant. It is a typical green with red coloured traps.

Unfortunately during my journey home the plant was shaken and now most of the traps are closed. I was wandering how long will it take before the traps will re-open.

I was told by the seller to give it plenty direct sunlight and keep the water tray filled. Hope it won't die on me.
