Default Fertilizing nepenthes

Guys,
After so many research about fertilizing nepenthes, i've found out that a very dilute mix of orchid fertilizer once or twice a month will give out bigger leaves and pitchers in nepenthes.I thought i can try this out because i'm having problems on small sized pitchers in my plants. As i'm not so familiar with fertilizing nepenthes, for those who have tried and doing this in monthly basis, how am i supposed to do that?
Any help is highly appreciated!

Thanx.
