Default Vine might snap

Hey everyone....My gracilis has been growing sideways and as pitchers start forming the stress on the stem increases....So far my gracilis is growing fine but i fear that one day it'll just snap off because when i checked my plant just now there was cracks on the brown part of the stem(bottom). So what can i do to prevent it from snapping?
