Yes Ken,
It's normal for the nepenthes lids to curl up when they experience stress ot hot sun.

Is there anyway to grow viking in full sun without getting the pitcher colouration bleached off?

Thanx

You just have to hide the pitcher from getting sunlight but that's the hard part.... Almost impossible to hide the pitcher if you hang the pot.

Ken, if you just got the plants from Fauzi, you should give it sometime and let it acclimitized to your growng condition before gradually putting it in full sun.

I also noticed some of the pitcher lid of my albos curled up during hot afternoon, but it'll go back to normal when the weather cool down, don't worry
