Don't have to worry Aaron, just do what our fello friends had said. You'll have some little plantlets in a few weeks time. Yes, keep the humidity higher will do the trick.
If your VFT is weak, I think you better cut the flower stalk away before it drain the energy off the plant, unless you have a strong healthy plant, then you may let it flower to get some seeds. But from seeds, the plant may take years to maturity.
