Re: restarting competition
For short voting period and submission. What we can do is, we allow forumer to submit their picture in 1 month time. Next month, then, we start the voting for... may be 2 weeks time?
example, from 1st oct ~ 31st Oct --> photo submission for Oct 2010 from 1st Nov ~ 15th Nov --> Voting for Oct 2010 competition from 1st Nov ~ 30 Nov --> photo submission for Nov 2010 from 1st Dec ~ 15th Dec --> Voting for Nov 2010 competition
