Default Nepenthes inside above kitchen counter compost bin

Hello all!!

I am glad to have found this wonderful forum.

I saw a Nepenthes in a hanging basket yesterday and love it !!!!

However, I am wondering if it can survive inside with not much natural sun light. I am considering to get some type of LED grow bulbs to supplement its light.

I am already seeing the plant thrive on food as my compost bin gets a lot of fruit fed to it. The fruit flies are driving me so crazy that I have to shut it down over the summer months.

Does anyone know if this location will be ok for the plant to thrive and survive?

Best regards,

Russ
