Can't really help you with globe types but can help you out in another way. For VFT's to grow to there best you need very strong light. They will grow best out doors in direct light. If using lights indoors then I would suggest at least a 12 hour light period.

Those that are more familiar with these setups will be able to advise on globe types and wattages that are suitable. Cheers.
