one tip on increasing the humidity,have a tray of water in the fridge with some pebbles in the tray.
From my observation,the humidity increases when i put in my mini styrofoam box greenhouse. But mine isnt subjected to cold temp so i wont know how the humidity will be when face with cold temp.so u should try it  Harris
