Hello...
If you are referring to sprout nepenthes seeds you could do it in chopped lfs
and use distilled water to soak them thoroughly before spreading the seeds...

My sarra seeding takes about 2 years to reach 4' inch tall... it takes them some time to grow for us like child... you dont expect a baby to turn teenage within half a year do you...

Just a little reminder... sun level in each location are diffrent, further more diffrent humidity,tempreture and airflow level are also very importhant for the wellbeing of your nepenthes...
