Maybe u can try finding those that is not operated by power. I dont really know the names, they are shaped like roof of a mosque, and operate by wind or hot air. They will move when hot air goes up and cold air come in from the bottom. They are called wind turbine ventilator. Lols. They can be used for many many years. I remember that my previous is very cool in the afternoon because of this thing. No wiring, no need electricity. I always see this thing in small small pekan. On top of people's houses, or small factory, or small workshop. Shouldn't be too expensive i think.
