Nice setup you have... And you have a very nice collection of species orchids.. May I ask what medium you use to grow your paphiopedilum? I see you have glaucophyllum and bullenianum..

BTW, please do not collect paphiopedilum from the wild as they are endangered (CITES Appendix 1 plants).
