With your seeds that you have sown you can still put the whole punnet in the fridge to give straitication. Personally I use Canadian peat, low in nutrients and acidic.

Personally, for sarrasenia, and nepenthes. I prefer to buy adult plant and grow them, instead of grow from seeds. It take times!!! only can see 10cents!!! I dont have such patients!!!
For VFT, if as what others said, need 2 ~ 3 yrs to reach matured, then, I also will not try it as well... Too long!!! anyway, welcome to PetPitcher!!! Cheers!!!!!
