Like u, i intend to read the book first. I must admit that it is the best book (for now) in keeping carnivorous plants, focusing on CPs other than Neps. However, there is a chapter focusing on Neps, but it is not as comprehensive as Charles Clarke's books. Btw Ding, do take photos of N. Benstonei at Bkt Bakar! ![]() Link to Post - Back to Top ![]() Global Moderator ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() member is offline ![]() ![]() Joined: Apr 2007 Gender: Male ![]() Posts: 1,523 Location: Bandar Kinrara , Puchong ![]() « Reply #21 on Jun 5, 2007, 7:24pm » ![]() ![]() cheers.... For example, he says Pinguicula gigantea is the only known Pinguicula with sticky leaves on BOTH sides...it is not. Pinguicula longifolia and certain forms of Pinguicula agnata are also sticky on both sides. But overall it is a very good book and I hope everyone whose got it or gets it really enjoys it. ![]() Link to Post - Back to Top ![]() Full Member ![]() ![]() ![]() member is offline ![]() ![]() ![]() Joined: Dec 2006 Gender: Male ![]() Posts: 218 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Sentul ![]() « Reply #28 on Apr 9, 2008, 5:15pm » ![]() ![]() If you are from other state like Johor or Kelantan and still looking for this book. Try to order from them. Cheaper than getting it from Kino. http://www.acmamall.com/rethink.books?Se....f606eb525ffdc56 Link to Post - Back to Top ![]() New Member ![]() member is offline ![]() ![]() Joined: Jun 2008 Gender: Male ![]() Posts: 2 Location: Kedah ![]() « Reply #29 on Jun 25, 2008, 8:49pm » ![]() ![]() Got mine abt 5 yrs ago, a very good book even for novice, highly recommended.
