Default north hemisphere to suthern

Hi people!

In this days i will buy some sarracenias... the problem is:
They will be sended from the northern hemisphere, and i live in Argentine... so... there i think they are starting to grow, they finish the hibernation.. but heeeeeeere..... mines are starting to enter in dormacy so...
what i have to do???
when they arrive i let them outside or they could die??
