I was the one who opened my big mouth way back then. heheh.
There were rumors : last time i met up with the some well-known CP Suppliers, they winked winked at me & said that a Nepenthes sanctuary of sorts was to be created at Penang Hill. Dunno if that`s turning out to be a reality or not. If it does or already has, we can easily contribute our excess neps there ( & create a genetic nightmare for the nep species in Penang heheh ) |

well.....Penang Hill isn`t exactly very near the sea. You`ll get salty air I`m sure but no actual salt attacking the CPs.
What`s more amazing :Cephalotus grows along the coastal areas in Australia, like next to the sea or swamps ( salty ). |
