Default N. vogelii Help Please

Hi All,
I got a huge N. vogelii about 2 weeks ago,I am hoping that its just in shock from shipping, anyhow I have read that it really doesn't like some H/L conditions and prefers to be a little bit warmer. The problem is that the growth point (tip) is starting to spiral somewhat like it's dehydrated, but it's not nor is it over watered. My days are much warmer and longer so i am baffled as to why it is doing this .I don't think that it is humidity shock.

I will get a pic up asap any hope would be greatly appreciated.
I really don't wanna have to make cutting's from it to try and save it unless I have no option.

Thanks Daren
