Where to get cocohips

Hi..Anyone knows where to get them???? Since lots of growers use it and apparently i heard its cheaper then my usual mix of LFS.....I stay in the kepong KL area so does anyone knows the nearest source??? Though i heard they decompose/breakdown faster than LFS..

Go to market where the "Santan"~coconut milk~ store is. Usually they have some husk. Ask them where they sell it to. You may have to hack it to small pieces like I do. Good exercise. That's off the top of my head.

I can get some form Thailand but to ship to you probabaly not worth it....

You can go to PetSafari in Ikano.Find the bedding part,there are those beddings for hamster all those furry furry.Exp:wood chips.They have one kind of cocochip.Compressed.Very hard,like a brick.It also says can be used with tropical plants.Or coconut peat......I don't know if it can be used la....

I mean those in the market where they use OLD coconet flesh to make santan. If I am not mistaken, you are not a wet market person.

No.....the peat I said is called "plantation soil" but its made from coconut.Exoterra product.Not husk.But the first one I'm not sure what brand is it.
