Hi Boris, Believe me - whatever you saved on the electric bill you'd make up for in pots, media and water!

That's a good plan you worked out with the wife, I've seen some photos of amazing in-house terrariums on the web.

Regarding drilling the holes and preping the wires - Hmmm maybe I could put up a velcro wall and glue little squares to the back of the pots!

By the way, in your first photo there's a tall grass-like plant (more onion-like). Any idea what it is? I have them coming up in some of my older neps baskets too and have no idea as they must have been in the media when I bought the plants a loooong time ago. I like them as a contrast to the nep form.
