how do u guys get rid of mealy bugs?
hw did u get rid of mealy bugs from ur plants to those who face the porblem?
pls share it here P.S: I hate mealy bugs!!my S.catesbaei was half dead bcoz of it.

White oil or neem oil... I don't use harmful chemical pesticides in my collection. For sarracenia, I guess it wouldn't harm the plant to remove all of its pitchers and leaving only the centre growth. You can repot, if you wish, but I doubt mealybugs hide at the roots (sometimes they do). Then treat as normal and water more heavily.

Actually I think it's BM as in Minyak Margosa... I know Indian called it differently in their language... like verpeler if I'm not mistaken...

Neem oil is sold as a dark blacky oily liquid. Has a very strong smell, which i find rather unpleasant. It is very effective. You only need to use very small amounts. A regular spray bottle (~500mL), I add a few drops of handwash/dishwash, add water until halfway, add enough neem to make 1 visible layer, and top up with more water.
