Default 1 question!

Do we need to fill the pitchers with water to prevent them from dying up fast?

I don't fill up my pitchers, they produce it themselves. Maybe the ones that are poured out can be refilled.

I don't see any fluids in the pitchers and they are drying quite fast for me.

Most or all sarras i've seen don't have water in their pitcher...But if you look closely right at they bottom, you wil see lots of droplets of water..Which is the digestive fluid i assume...This is base on my experience

I never fill up sarracenia pitcher with water. Reason is, we use water tray method to grow them. We fill up water to nepenthes pitcher because sometime media will dry up and the plant will utilize water from pitcher. Thats why we fill up water to pitcher

I fill water in my purp's....Since they open so big....Amp's too
