Default Neoguineensis

Hey everyone....Just wanna ask if anyone of you guys could share your experience with this species...I can't really get much info on it but i saw some post saying people having a really hard time growing it....Does it need very high humidity?? I saw a few pics of it in wikimedia and most of the picture shows that it grows on very rocky substrate so i assume it likes very airy and well drained media...Anyway if you have grown this plant please share with me growing tips and also pictures

Hi Ken,
I've grown this species from seeds. It doesn't make any probs in my lowland terra. The coloration of the leaves is very different ... from green to a fantastic deep red or even nearly violett. I like this species very much and I think it's very underrated. I think I've shown this pic here in another thread but here again. They are now about 2 years old and pitchers are starting colouring. I grow them in a sphag lava mix. Nothing special. Accept for the seedlings and the plants in the meshpots all are neoguinensis.
