Default seeds question

Hello everybody,
I sowed the seeds 2 days ago and this is the first time for me. I have no experience with them. I tried and I read the threads here, but I have some questions, so please I ask for your suggestoions!

1.The seeds are lowlands hybrids but from what I read here, to me it is clear that they need high temperatures to germinate. Problem is that they are in highland conditions, not lowland at the moment and I can not provide a high temperature of 24-25C during the day. Is this a problem?

2.Should I be sprayed with water the seeds every day? Or high humidity is enough?

Thank you in advance for your help!
