My problems with rat tearing and chewing my pitcher is not that big... as it only happens once a while. My biggest problems are my dogs that will go nuts chasing those rats, tipping over pots of my neps, sometimes even snapping the main branch of my neps... Many neps that were growing nice have to be "restarted" again because it was up rooted or being damaged...
